Har mahine jab tum "Generate This Month's Fees" chalaoge (Fees Master page), us student ki nayi due amount is advance se khud-ba-khud kat jayegi — dobara collect karne ki zaroorat nahi.

Yeh setup sirf ek dafa karna hai. Class ke hisaab se fees add karo (jaise Tuition Fee — Rs 1500 — Monthly). Uske baad har mahine sirf niche wala button dabao — sab students ka due khud ban jayega, Fees Master dobara banane ki zaroorat nahi. Agar kisi student ne pehle se advance payment kar rakha hai (jaise 6 mahine ka ek saath), to uska naya due us advance se khud-ba-khud kat jayega — dobara mangne ki zaroorat nahi.

Ek hi branch ho to isko chhone ki zaroorat nahi.

My Account — Recovery Email
Ye email sirf "Password bhool gaye?" ke liye use hoti hai — agar login password bhool jao, to reset link isi email par aayega.
Online Fee Payment (Razorpay) — parents ko UPI/Card/Netbanking se online fees pay karne ka link bhej sakte ho.
1) razorpay.com pe free account banao (2 minute, KYC baad me bhi kar sakte ho).
2) Dashboard mein Test Mode ON rakho — turant Test API Keys mil jayengi bina KYC ke, jisse abhi try kar sakte ho (real paisa nahi katega, Razorpay ke test card se try karo).
3) Settings → API Keys se Key ID aur Key Secret copy karke niche paste karo.
4) Baad mein jab KYC ho jaye, Live Mode ki keys yahan dobara paste kar dena — code same rahega.
5) Webhook (payment ka automatic confirm milne ke liye): Razorpay Dashboard → Settings → Webhooks mein niche di gayi URL add karo, aur jo Webhook Secret Razorpay dikhaye wo bhi yahan paste karo. Note: ye URL sirf tab kaam karegi jab AIM Soft ek real/public server pe host ho — abhi local test ke waqt (localhost) Razorpay is URL tak nahi pahunch payega, us waqt payment link bante hain lekin auto-confirm nahi hoga.
